How do I make a payment for my insurance premium?
If you usually mail a cheque there are some other options for you.
- 24/7 internet/telephone banking
- Sign up for a pre-authorized payment plan
- cheques can be dropped off during regular business hours at any of our two locations in Lancaster or Cornwall.
- If in doubt, contact your broker for assistance
How will I receive my claims cheque if one is expected following a loss?
Income replacement cheques will be prioritized and delivered by courier to our customers. Alternatively, you can speak to your broker to arrange a claim cheque pick-up at any of our offices during regular business hours.
