School just finished for our adolescents and it’s time to start thinking about making the most of your summer. Planning a trip to our neighbor to the south may cost you a pretty penny with our weak dollar. Not to worry, Canada is a large and beautiful place and there is lots to see these summer months.
If any of you are blog readers or Facebook addicts, I am sure you have seen many blog posts shared with lists of must-see Canadian destinations or getaways. Some may be a bit of a hike or flight so to speak but if you do a little digging you can find some pretty amazing places just outside the GTA, Eastern Ontario, and Montreal.

If you have more time consider a road trip; you never know when you might stumble upon some of Canada’s hidden gems and landscapes.
