Meet Our Staff

Ian joined Rozon Insurance in January 2020 after 20+ years working for Xerox Canada in a variety of finance management roles. Having moved to Cornwall with his family in 2014, he is thrilled to contribute his skills at a local firm with a long-standing reputation for quality and commitment to giving back to its community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, participating as an assistant coach for house-league hockey, watching sports (especially the Maple Leafs!), listening to music, and reading.

Laurie has been with Rozon Insurance for many years. She has tremendous knowledge of the insurance industry as well as the process for Rozon Insurance. She was recently promoted to the role of Commercial Lines Manager. In this role, she is responsible for process automation, quality assurance of the team and coaching/developing the team to help them achieve the team’s goals. Away from the office, Laurie enjoys her early morning workouts, baking, reading, and exploring the walking, skiing & snowshoe trails in Glengarry. The greatest passions in her life are her family (and being a proud grandma to Brian and Grace) and friends.

Lori joined us in 2018 and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. In her role as Personal Lines Manager, she coaches the team to ensure Rozon’s client service standards are met, coaches the team on how to help their clients find reasonable solutions at the best rates available. and helps when things are more complicated either with the client or with the insurance companies. She recently spent three semesters as an instructor at John Abbott for students entering the insurance field while continuing her work as an insurance broker. She enjoyed sharing her knowledge and experience with those new to the industry. Lori loves spending time with her family including her husband, daughter, grandchildren, and her dogs, Archie and Huntley.

Todd’s the second generation to manage the brokerage started by his parents at their kitchen table in 1968. He holds a degree from Bishop’s University and a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation from the Insurance Institute. He takes great pride in giving back to the community and is the past chair of the Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation as well as a longtime board member of the Char-Lan Minor Hockey Association. When away from the office, Todd likes spending time with his family at the cottage in the summer and at the arena in the winter. He also enjoys antique cars, fishing, hunting, travel and the Montreal Canadiens.
