Quality Assurance Specialist (Lancaster)

  • Reports to: Personal Lines Manager

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist works directly with our Personal and Commercial Line Brokers. The role provides support to the team by reviewing new policies, renewals and any policy changes to ensure accuracy. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the brokers and discuss policies to ensure client information is accurate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering information through the various carrier portals and broker management systems
  • Prepare insurance related letters and documents
  • Review of new policies, renewals and policy changes to ensure accuracy and adequate coverage on policies
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date client records on our broker management system
  • Offer exceptional service to brokers to ensure client relationships are maintained
  • Addresses all communication in accordance with Rozon’s Service Standards
  • Assisting with various projects as defined by management
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented person who is able to give their undivided attention to reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency in their work product
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance and to prioritize tasks based on business needs
  • Commitment to continuous learning

  • Ethical decision-making approach to managing your day-to-day workload and the business needs of Rozon
  • Develop and maintain a positive, professional and respectful working relationship with clients, colleagues and business partners
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook and Word) and really nice to have experience with Applied Services and Epic Broker Management System
  • Post-secondary education would be nice to have but not essential
  • Bilingual (French/English) would be considered as asset
